Data Storage

We store data in two main locations. We store personal data we collect locally on secure internal computer and mobile systems. We also store personal data we collect on cloud hosting platforms, for example where a website service is being developed by Createch Digital for a client, or via our marketing service providers.

We apply our best efforts to protecting any personal data we collect, however, due to the unfortunate security level of information transmissions over the internet, we cannot gurantee the security of your data to our site, even with our best efforts of using SSL certificates and HTTPS. That being said, once the data is collected, security measures are in place to secure such data and prevent any unauthorised access. 

Data Retention

We store data for as long as it is necessary. Any personal data that we no longer have a reason to keep is deleted. Residual data may be stored in backups but that will also eventually be purged from our systems. Data may be retained for certain reasons including for tax purposes.

We do not implement tracking cookies on our website. The only cookies we have on our website are used so that the website can function correctly.

We are not responsible for the privacy of our service providers. We do our due dilligence to make sure we use trusted, secure service providers but can never offer a guarantee.
